AI & Software Engineering · Since 2016

A machine can answer
any question.
Asking the right one
is still human.

We start with the question that matters to your business, then build the AI that answers it every day.

We're an AI and software engineering company. We find where AI pays, then build the agents, and the software around them, that deliver it.

Advice you can build on

We tell you where AI pays,
then we build it.

AI consulting

Decide what's worth doing before you spend on it.

Senior advisors who have shipped production AI work with your leadership to pick the few bets that move the P&L, and to kill the ones that won't.

  • Readiness auditData, platforms, skills and process maturity, scored.
  • Use-case portfolioOpportunities ranked by value, feasibility and time to impact.
  • Build vs. buyVendor and model choices made on evidence, not demos.

Agentic AI services

Agents that take real work off your team's plate.

We design, build and run AI agents that plan, use your tools and act inside your systems, with guardrails and a human checkpoint wherever the stakes call for one.

  • Agent designWorkflows mapped to tasks, tools, permissions and handoffs.
  • Build & integrateConnected to your ERP, CRM, data and APIs, in your cloud.
  • Evaluate & guardTest suites, policy checks and approval gates before go-live.
  • Run & improveMonitoring, cost control and retraining once agents are live.

The software your AI runs on, and runs inside.

Web, mobile and enterprise applications, designed and engineered by the same team, so agents have solid systems to work in and your people have products they want to use.

  • Web & enterprise appsPortals, platforms and internal tools, built to last.
  • Mobile appsiOS and Android, native or cross-platform.

What we do

Twelve services, one team.

Engage us for one, or for the whole path from strategy to a running product. Every service ends in something you own: a document, a codebase, or a running system.

Agents, engineered

More than a prompt
and a chat window.

  1. Orchestrator

Plans the task, breaks it into steps and routes each one to the right model: fast models for routine calls, stronger ones where reasoning matters.

  2. Context & retrieval

RAG over your documents and data, so answers are grounded in your policies, catalogue and history rather than the model's guesses.

  3. Tools & integrations

Scoped access to your ERP, CRM, ticketing and internal APIs, including over MCP, with least-privilege permissions per agent.

  4. Memory

What the agent should remember across steps and sessions, and what it must forget, designed with your data-retention rules.

  5. Guardrails & human checkpoints

Policy checks, spend and action limits, and approval gates, so people sign off on the decisions that carry real risk.

  6. Evaluation & observability

Test suites before launch; traces, quality scores, cost and latency after it. You can see why an agent did what it did.

An example: a refund agent built for one client's process. Every agent we build is a system, and these are the six parts we design, test and operate in each one.

) THE SHIFT
Why this moment matters

AI has left the lab.

The advantage now goes to companies that put it into daily operations: safely, reliably, at scale. Not another pilot. Not another deck. Systems that run, learn, and earn their keep every single day.

That's the work we do. Awesomist →
From pilot to production One conveyor carries work through three gated stages. Pilot, at week 0, is greyed out and paused beside a prototype dashboard. Shadow mode, at week 11, sits inside a dashed sandbox where a dashed copy of the agent runs beside the existing process, which an eye watches. Production, at week 14, ends at the Awesomist core building with live services, data stores and status pins. PILOTProve SHADOW MODEReal data PRODUCTIONIn daily use

Engagement models

Built around
your requirements.

We don't sell packages. Each engagement is scoped with you, from what you need and what you already have, with a clear deliverable and a clear exit. Most clients start in one of these three ways.

Advise

For leadership teams deciding where AI, agents and software should go first.

You get
  • Readiness audit and data reality-check
  • Scored, ranked use-case portfolio
  • Business case and build-vs-buy call for the top picks
  • A roadmap with timeline and cost for your priorities

) Industries
Where we work

Built for regulated,
operations-heavy businesses.

We work where operations are complex and the data is sensitive.

Retail & CPG

Demand forecasting, replenishment, pricing and customer service at store and SKU level.

Banking & financial services

KYC, document processing, credit operations and service agents under strict audit.

Healthcare

Clinical documentation, claims, scheduling and patient communication, with privacy by design.

Government & public sector

Citizen services, case handling and bilingual knowledge assistants, deployed in-country.

Manufacturing & mobility

Quality inspection, maintenance prediction and dealer and service-network support.

Logistics & supply chain

Network planning, exception handling and shipment-status agents across partners.

) Trust & governance
Safe to put in production

Autonomy with accountability.

Agents act on your behalf, so control has to be part of the design from day one, not added after an incident.

Everything runs inside your cloud, behind guardrails, and high-impact actions pass through a person you choose.

Your cloud, with guardrails A two-tier platform labelled Your cloud, in your tenancy and region, sits inside a dashed guardrail frame. On it, your data stores, the Awesomist core and its agents are linked. The only way out is a conveyor through the human gate, whose amber lamp lights while each action waits for approval before it crosses to your systems. Data

Your cloud, your region

Deployed into your tenancy, in-region where residency applies. Your data isn't used to train shared models.

Access

Least-privilege agents

Each agent gets only the tools and data it needs, with scoped credentials and action limits.

Control

Humans at the right gates

Approval steps for high-impact actions, a kill switch, and clear escalation paths.

Quality

Evaluated before launch

Task-specific test suites, red-teaming and regression checks on every release.

Audit

Every step traceable

Full traces of what each agent saw, decided and did, retained for review and audit.

Compliance

Aligned to your rulebook

Controls mapped to your data-protection law and sector regulator, using NIST AI RMF and ISO/IEC 42001 as reference frameworks.

) Questions
FAQ

What leaders usually ask.

What is agentic AI, and how is it different from a chatbot?

A chatbot answers questions. An agent completes tasks: it plans the steps, uses your systems through approved tools, checks its work, and hands off to a person when a decision needs one. The outcome is work done, not just a reply.

We already have AI pilots. Why would this one reach production?

Because we plan for production from week one: real data, your security review, the interface people will actually use, and an evaluation suite that sets the bar for go-live. The same team that scopes the pilot runs it into production.

Which models and platforms do you use?

We're model-agnostic. We choose between commercial and open-weight models per task, on quality, cost, latency and data-residency needs, and design so you can switch models later without rebuilding the system.

Where does our data live?

In your environment. We deploy into your cloud tenancy or on-premise infrastructure, in-region where required, and set retention and access rules with your security team.

How do you measure whether an agent is working?

Against the business metric agreed at the start (resolution time, cost per case, accuracy, stock-outs), plus operational measures: task success rate, escalation rate, cost and latency. We report on them at a rhythm agreed with you.

Do we own what you build?

Yes. The code, prompts, evaluation sets and documentation live in your repositories. We run a structured handover so your team can operate it, or we can keep running it for you.
