Workflow

UI/UX design process

1.

Define

Understand user requirements (Empathy mapping) based on the business environment. Create user personas, user stories and use cases.

2.

Research

It involves two main things, understanding the current competition in the domain and also involves understanding the latest trends in the UI/UX design system.

3.

Analyze

Create hypothetical personas and scenarios based on the research. Create experience maps which shows different user flows in the product.

4.

Design

Creates hand drawn sketches to visualize the idea. Create wireframes of different pages and connections between them. And finally creates prototypes with look and feel.

Validate

Finally we validate the design by conduction usability test, a technique used to evaluate a web or mobile app's user experience by testing it with real people.
